xzeptiq was founded by two former Google leaders who spent decades helping enterprises adopt AI — and grew frustrated by the lack of real data on how work actually happens. XRAI-OS is the tool they wished had existed.

Co-Founder & CEO

Mario brings 13 years of enterprise leadership from Google Cloud, where he served as Country Manager for Austria. A specialist in translating complex AI and cloud architectures into board-level business outcomes, he led the DACH region's transition to AI-first enterprise strategies. At xzeptiq, Mario leads go-to-market strategy, enterprise partnerships, and investor relations.

Thorsten Koch, MBAI

Co-Founder, CFO, CHRO & Interim CTO

Joining later this year

Thorsten brings over 18 years of technical leadership from Google EMEA, where he built and scaled partner engineering organisations across 30+ countries — growing teams from zero to 25 engineers with zero attrition. A specialist in Applied AI, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise cloud architecture, he holds a Master in Business with AI alongside a Diploma in Business Administration. At xzeptiq, Thorsten serves as CFO, overseeing the company's financial operations, as CHRO, leading people and organisational development, and as Interim CTO, leading product architecture, engineering, and the technical vision behind XRAI-OS.
