Do I need IT or an enterprise agreement to start?
Local-Only Personal can be deployed by individuals without IT involvement. Enterprise modes (Core, Insights) require a deployment agreement and work with your IT and data protection teams.
How does the works council engagement work?
XRAI-OS includes a works council transparency log showing exactly what is observed, and briefing packs aligned to DACH co-determination standards. We have experience navigating works council negotiations in Austria and Germany.
Can we start with one mode and upgrade later?
Yes. Most organisations start with a Cognitive Collaboration Audit, then adopt Local-Only Premium, and graduate to Core as works council alignment is established. The platform is designed for progressive adoption.
How is pricing structured for enterprises?
Pricing is per-user-per-month. Analysis execution and recommendations are priced separately per engagement, reflecting the variable cost of deep organisational analysis.
Where is data stored?
In Local-Only mode, all data stays on device — no cloud storage at all. In Core and Insights modes, your data is processed and stored within your private cloud or on-premises environment, hosted within the EU. xzeptiq has zero operational access to customer data.
